 Steve (standing next to me) owns Sneakerama, a running store at 12 Lake Ave. in Worcester.Â
He came with alot of friends to run this race. But Steve has a bigger connection to the race then just running.
He, and his store, are sponsors of the Octoberfest 5k. Also the awards given out are in memory of his dad who started Sneakerama. Such a great way to keep his memory alive.

John, seen here with Steve and I, was one of the first people I saw after arriving. He is also a great friend from The Wormtown Milers Running Club, of which I am now a member.
