As you can probably tell by the entries before this one, all of the people who were in Holyoke on the 17th had a great time. And everyone there had their own reason to be there and experienced their special story for the day. 
Aleca and I met when her and my daughter were on the same gymnastics team in high school. This was her first road race and to me it was great to see the excitement in her face and attitude.  Stepping out is a great thing in moving through life.

Dave was one of the first people I met at my first St. Patty’s Race. That was 7 races ago and we’re still sharing the good times on race day. 
Jessie and Emily came to cheer everyone on and” take in” the rest of the day’s celebration. All-in-all the day was a huge and wonderful success, with thousands of people going home having shared another St. Patty’s Day with new and old friends. Come and share the day with us next year. You will leave with the anticipation of coming back the year after as we all do.
