Sweet And Fast Too

I had to give this couple their own space in the blog section.  I met them for the 1st time at the convention, but left there feeling like we had known eachother for years. 

Tom picked me up at the airport.  He picked me up in the car that him and his wife, Ruth, are standing near.  We hit it off wonderfully right off the bat.  First of all, I was glad to see him, because, it could have been a long walk to the convention center without him.  Second, we are both small business owners, which right away gave us alot of common grounds to talk about.  The 45 minute drive from the airport almost seemed to end too soon. 

I met Ruth as we pulled up to the hotel.  She is a real sweet heart with a lead foot.  You see, the car with the #’s 229 is what she was driving the next time I saw her.  And , as you can see,  the ride to from the airport and back could have been a bit more of a hair raising experience with the award winner behind the wheel.  

They are great people and I want to thank them for making me feel right at home with their friendly natures.
